Often one subtle change or mindset shift is all that is needed to put us back on course. That being said, we are often blind to the change that we need to make. If we could see our blind spot, the truth is we would have already changed for the better.
This is why it is so important to surround yourself with a supportive network on a regular basis.
The theme for this Lunch and Learn series is Loving Ourselves, Owning Our Worth. This is a very engaging topic for all of us. Together we learn to recommit to ourselves. We learn to eliminate anything that undermines our true value.
